Mgr. Dalibor Benýšek26.01.2009 - Tentokrát musím vyjádřit naprostou nespokojenost! V pokoji špatně funkční zástěna sprchového koutu, celá koupelna zašlá ( ikdyž to neznamená, že je špinavá). Na pokoji neskutečný zápach, kvůli kterému jsme pokoj po jedné noci opustili. Druhou noc nám recepční odmítl stornovat ( chápu, že jsme to neřešili ve stanoveném termínu, ale doufali jsme, že se situace na pokoji upraví), takže jsme ji uhradili a odešli do jiného hotelu. Jistě nemusím zdůrazňovat, že takový náklad nám zaměstnavatel neuhradí. Nadále učiním taková opatření, abychom při dalších návštěvách Bratislavy ( v následujícím období jich bude, vzhledem k našim pracovním aktivitám více) Vašich služeb nemuseli využívat. Při rezervaci hotelu jsem s vaším pracovníkem domlouval možnost rozúčtování dvoulůžkového pokoje pro dva zaměstnavatele. Byl jsem ujištěn, že to snadno vyřeší recepce. Opak je pravdou. Paní recepční sice nelze upřít příjemné jednání a snahu, ale PC program jí k takové úpravě nepustil. Způsobuje nám to další problémy.

Dolinská15.12.2008 - Bola som velmi spokojna s pristupom celeho personalu, ako na recepcii, tak aj obsluhujuceho personalu. Celkova atmosfera bola prijemna, dokonca som sa citila ako doma a tak som si pobyt predlzila o dalsie dni. nedostatkom su parkovacie miesta. Vsetkym dakujem. Dolinska, Kosice
