Grandhotel Praha was built in Art Noveau style between the years 1904 – 1905
It was opened on 1st July 1905.
Its original name Palota szálló (Hotel Palace) was changed to Grandhotel Praha in 1919.Grandhotel Praha is located in Tatranská Lomnica, at the foot of Lomnický Peak. It lasts around 15 minutes to walk here from the centre of Lomnica, where the bus and railway station is situated. On the other hand, you will be recompensed by a beautiful view of the whole valley, discreetness of this place as well as a very close ski centre (600 m).
Grandhotel is only a 20-minute drive from Poprad airport, a 2-hour drive from the airport of Krakow and a 4-hour drive from the airport in our capital city, Bratislava.
