Petr Šméral22.07.2010 - Hotel Soho, který jsem si objednal, měl nějaké těžkosti s klimatizací na pokojích. Proto mi nabídli hotel stejné - lepší kvality za stejnou cenu. S jejich přístupem a vstřícností jsem byl maximálně spokojený.

fallen08.06.2010 - Das Hotel liegt sowohl in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, als auch von Ubahn-, Bus- und Straßenbauhnstationen. Das Personal ist SEHR zuvorkommend und freundlich. TOP! Auch die Reinheit ist gegeben. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr klein bemessen für ein 4****-Hotel. Wenn jemand steht, muss die zweite Person über das Bett steigen um vorbei zu kommen, da es dafür bereits zu eng wäre. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich schwer enttäuscht. Der Cappuchino war schwarz und wässrig, bin also auf Kakao umgestiegen trotz Müdigkeit. Die Eierspeise war nicht fest, die "Nutella" wurde nicht mal von meiner Schokosüchtigen Schwester gegessen und die Cerealien waren bereits weich statt knusprig durch falsche Lagerung oder Alter. Fazit: Lager super, Personal super, Sauberkeit super, Größe unbefriedigend, Essen schrecklich. Wo der dritte Stern herkommt ist fraglich.

Andrea29.04.2010 - Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels ist gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren äusserst freundlich und haben zum Teil sogar deutsch gesprochen. Ich würde das Hotel bezüglich des Standards mit den "motel one"-Hotels in Deutschland vergleichen. Allerdings ist mir unklar, wie die 4* zustande kommen? Von einem 4* Hotel hätte ich mir ein klein wenig mehr "Luxus" gewünscht. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück sind mir mehrmalig nicht ganz saubere Teller aufgefallen. Der Kaffee war wirklich schlecht. In einem 4* Hotel hätte ich vom Frühstück etwas mehr erwartet.

Meyer Renáta20.04.2010 - Flur ist gefliest, daher kann man jeder Schritt hören, wenn die Zimmernachbarn die Zimmer verlassen bzw ankommen. Ansonsten alles Bestens, nur zum Empfehlen !
