Urszula Gmeiner24.06.2011 - Personal na recepci nemel informaci o rezervaci. Byl problem s ubytovanim naseho zamestnance i pres provedenou rezervaci predem na Vasich strankach. To nam zpusobilo znacne problemy a uz v tomto hotelu nebudeme nase hosty ubytovavat. Personal hotelu je neprijemny a neochotny. S pozdravem, Urszula Gmeiner
