Anonym09.10.2011 - Pokoje odpovídají špinavé ubytovně a ne čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu. Snídaně velmi nekvalitní. Welness fungoval jen částečně, internet na pokoji za poplatek.

Peter19.09.2011 - V objednavke nebolo specifikovane, ci sa jedna o dvojlozkovu izbu s oddelenymi postelami, alebo s manzelskou postelou, na recepcii sa nespytali, o aky druh mam zaujem a dostal som izbu s oddelenymi postelami napriek tomu, ze som tam bol s manzelkou. Spolocne priestory, restauracie kaviarne, areal hotela super, ubytovanie mi pripominalo skor turisticku ubytovnu, po tom, co sa na nase poschodie ubytovala pocetna skupina, tipujem ich na bielorusov, som sa citil ako na robotnickej ubytovni. Behali z izby na izbu, buchali na dvere, trieskali dverami, pocuvali hlasno hudbu, samozrejme popijali alkoholicke napoje... Hluk nebolo pocut iba zo susednej izby, ale aj zo stvrtej, piatej od nas, zrejme slaba izolacia hluku. Mali sme smolu, ze sme sa s nimi stretli, ale druhu noc to vyzeralo, ze sme boli na poschodi sami, takze mala naplast za predoslu noc. Musim este pochvalit personal restauracii, obsluha super a jedlo bolo tiez velmi chutne.
