Barbora (SR)23.04.2012 - Poloha hotela je veľmi dobrá, avšak pri 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli by som očakávala lepšie vybavenie izieb a kvalitnejšie raňajky (väčší výber jedál a ochotu personálu).

Cvečková05.12.2011 - Celkovo sme boli spokojní, ale ak chcete detaily pre zlepšenie služieb, nech sa páči: V izbách bolo priveľmi teplo, vetrali sme celú noc, čo mi pripadá ako škoda energie; v izbe č. 2 sa nedali naladiť české programy; v kúpeľni nie je odkladací priestor na hygienické potreby, chýbali kozmetické tampóny (čo je štandard); na izbe neboli poháre na nápoje. Raňajky neponúkali takú širokú škálu, ako bežne za danú cenu. Ďakujem pekne, nech sa Vám darí zlepšovať služby:-). Ing. Cvečková

Der Garagenservice - Abholung des Autos und nach vier Tagen pünktlich, warm und sauber vor dem Hotel - Preis ok, war hervorragend. Prag zu dieser Jahreszeit im Schnee und Sonne -bezaubernd. Für die gute und schnelle Buchung danke, Preis super!!

Irmgard Vogel13.11.2010 - Tolles Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Frühstücksraum. Im Badezimmer fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bei einem erneuten Besuch in Prag werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist die Ausstattung des Badezimmers - zu wenig Ablagen für Kosmetik - Duschkopf kaputt - das Wasser aus dem Waschbecken floss sehrsehr langsam ab - Beleuchtung am Spiegel zu dunkel - in der Dusche keine Ablage!!! Ihr Personal müsste hier besser Kontrollieren. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zurieden.
