Francisco Sanchez Leidl16.04.2012 - Folgendes: Gebucht hatte ich eine Suite für 4 Personen, zum Super-Angebot für 125,- Euro mit Frühstück. Bei Anreise teilte man mir an der Rezeption mit, dass man leider ein Problem mit der Toilette in der Suite hätte und hat uns zwei Doppelzimmer gegeben. Das Problem mit der Toilette ist natürlich eine Lüge, dass machen viele Hotels so, wenn das gebuchte Zimmer teurer vermietet werden kann. Schon oft erlebt! In einem Zimmer lief die ganze Zeit Wasser aus der WC-Spülung und es gab ein unangenehmes Pfeifen. Das Hotel sah sich nicht in der Lage dieses Problem kurzfristig zu lösen. F. Sanchez Leidl

Dirk Schubert18.04.2011 - Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sowohl mit dem Hotel als auch mit dem Service. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko sind die teuren PKW-Parkplätze, aber das ist wohl bei der Lage normal. In jedem Fall hat man einen sicheren Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

jana gabrielová10.02.2011 - Boli sme spokojní. Hotel je na veľmi dobrom mieste, všetky pamiatky sú blízko. Personál je ochotný a milý. Naša izba (24)bola situovaná s výhľadom na (múr) Úradu vlády a bola trochu tmavá. Pomer ceny (s týmito zľavami) s poskytnutými službami je vynikajúci.

Schlegel09.11.2010 - Das Frühstück entspricht leider nicht 4 Sterne Hotel!!!!! Am Montag 30-08.10 wurde uns sogar Kaffee ohne (!!!!) Untertassen auf den Tisch gestellt. Sonst - alles nett , Zimmer gemütlich, sauber, Personal freundlich . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt ! Wir werden sicher dort noch übernachtet und hoffen, dass bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt an dem Thema Frühstück viel gearbeitet wird !

Jan Dojčan11.10.2010 - Na izbe chýba minibar, TV bola funkčná len na programy satelitu, chýba blízke parkovisko(riešenie by bolo získať niekoľko miest v modrej zóne pred hotelom pre potreby ubytovaných hostí), v kúpelni chýbajú vešiaky, snídaně slabší výber a bez zeleniny. Inak OK.Výjádření hotelu: na izbe chybi minibar" - na kazdem pokoji je klientum k dispozici mala lednicka, kterou muze hotel na zadost klienta naplnit pozadovanymi drinky, ev. muze klient vyuzit tuto lednici dle sveho vlastniho uvazeni, nefunkcni TV - tento problem byl vyresen do druheho dne a vse je jiz v poradku, zelenina na snidani - tento problem je jiz vyresen, blizke parkoviste - management hotelu je v jednani s Magistratem hlavniho mesta Prahy, aby mel k dispozici parkovaci mista na pristi rok. V tuto chvili je hostum k dispozici blizke parkoviste v Rudolfinu, ev. mohou vyuzit parkovacich mist v garazi blizkeho hotelu .

Thomas11.10.2010 - Just returned from a 3 night stay and had a fantastic time! After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about our choice of hotel. But we found our stay to be very pleasent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on central Prague - close to historical Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Our room was small but fairly quiet and with perfectly view. The hotel was clean. I reccomend this hotel as being a comfortable and welcoming hotel. We were treated so well and will be returning to this hotel. Prague is a beautiful city and well worth visiting! I would definitely go again!

Borisch, Tino13.09.2010 - Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Prag verlebt. Von unserem Hotel aus waren es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die geschenkten Tickets von Click4hotel für Theater und Bootstour haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir werden Sie weiter empfehlen !

Riedlmayer József22.08.2010 - Minden kifogástalan volt,a büfé reggeli szervezettsége ami nem megfelelő.Az elfogyott svéd asztal feltöltése lassú,egy egyszerű tükör tojás elkészítése fél óra is volt.Vagy elfelejtették is közben.Egyébként ha legközelebb megyünk Prágába akkor ezt a hotelt választjuk és ajánljuk másoknak is.Parkolást ha lehet a híd hotel oldalán lenne jó megoldani. Grimm Tomas +Milada08.12.2009 - Byli jsme moc spokojeni, snidane muze byt trochu lepsi, napr kava.Existuji dnes daleko lepsi a levne automaty, ktere celou uroven snidane zvysi.Problem hotelu je parkovani, i kdyby cena za parkovani byla treba vyssi, ale bylo to pred hotelem, radi by jsme to zaplatili.Stejne je ale mozne, ze pristim rok prijedeme zase.
