csák gyula12.04.2011 - Időben, február hónapban adtam le foglalást a prágai Hotel Sonata-ba. Ezt nagyon kedvesen és precizen visszaigazolták. Indulásunk előtt 04.07.-én kaptam egy telefont hogy nem adtam meg a bankszámlám számát. Mivel egy étteremben tartózkodtunk nem akartam nyilvánosan bediktálni az adatokat , kértem , hogy kb 1 óra mulva emailen elküldöm. Ez meg is történt. sajnos másnapi érkezéskor , azt állitva , hogy a bankszámla szám nem érkezett meg / aminek lekérése 2 hónap állt a szálloda rendelkezésére/ csomagjainkat visszapakoltatták az autóba és egy másik szállodába irányitottak. A szálloda egyébként rendben volt, a Vencel téren, csak maga az eljárás volt végtelenül bosszantó. A sonata hotel kiválasztásánál egyik fö szempont volt a welnwss szolgáltatásuk, ami viszont a másik Hotelben nem állt rendelkezésre. Sajnos ez a kezdés és hozzáállás nagyon rányomta bélyegét az egész hétvégénkre. üdvözlettel csák gyula
