Hr,.Schmiedl04.10.2011 - Wir hatten 3x Zimmer gebucht für das Wochenende vom 1-3.Okt. leider waren wir schon vormittags da und auf Nachfrage sagte die Dame an der Rezeption, das wir von 3 Zimmer 2 schon haben könnten, aber ..50 Euro pro Zimmer Aufpreis weil es so früh war ! Nein Danke ! Wir haben dann bis 12.30 Uhr gewartet und haben dann 2 Zimmer bereits bekommen. Leider war ein Buisness Dopp.Zimmer nicht das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben ! Wir wollten Blick auf den Wenzelsplatz und nicht hinten in den Hof. Auf Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, das in dem Zimmer ein "Wasserschaden" gewesen wäre ... ha ha ha ! Also ...wir haben die Zusage bekommen für das Zimmer am nächsten Tag und als Entschädigung eine Fl.Sekt. Naja .. :-( . Das 3 Bett Zimmer was wir gebucht haben war das letzte Loch ! :-(((( Sehr klein und die Fenster nur als Oberlicht Fenster ... Niemehr ! Wenn wir Buchen in der nächsten Zeit, dann nur Buisness Dopp. mit Zusage, das wir auch die bestellten Zimmer erhalten werden ! Sonst ist das Hotel sehr schön und Zentral. Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein ... Ramada war das Frühstück Top, dafür die Zimmer das letzte ! Wie bereits gesagt, ich komme wieder aber nur mit Zusage, das wir das bestellte Zimmer auch bekommen ! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Bernd Schmiedl

jesus herrera28.08.2010 - Para ser un hotel de primera requiere más atención en los servicios. programación de tv. con más canales; desayuno bufet más variado; las instalaciones de los servicios de baño necesitan renovarse. no solo es importante la ubicación del hotel, que es excelente, sino también encontrar servicios buenos para el descanso y la distracción.
