Lucie Döpfer14.06.2010 - Wir hatten ein Dachzimmer,welches bei Temperaturen um 28°C entschieden zu heiss war.Leider lag es auch zur Strasse,so dass es mit geöffnetem Fenster auch noch sehr laut war.Der Fahrstuhl hat von 3 Tg. nur an einem funktioniert,war lästig da unser Zi. im 6.Stock lag.Ausserdem war der Frühstücksraum zu klein und man hat uns nicht darauf hingewiesen,dass es im Untergeschoss noch einen 2. gibt.Da aber eine Dachterasse vorhanden war,konnten wir dorthin ausweichen.Ich bat die Bedienung im Frühstücksraum um ein Tablett,diese reagierte aber weder auf engl.noch auf deutsche Ansprache.sie war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und schlug mir die Tür zur Küche vor der nase zu,obwohl ich mich durch mehrmaliges klopfen bemerkbar gemacht hatte.Der Rezeptionist kümmerte sich auf meine Bitte hin um ein Tablett,damit wir unser Frühstück selbst in den Garten tragen konnten.Der Rezeptionist war insges.sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
