Family pension Kovarov is situated in South Bohemia near the lake Lipno, which understands how to inspire you in all seasons. We reconstructed the hotel and adapted it so that we can offer to you big standard for good prices : have a look at the rooms in the fotogallery-accomodation section, go through our web pages and choose the best way how to spend your time here.
In the hotel area there are sauna, lounge, conference room with a videoprojection and a big TV, a fireplace and you can hire a bike or a motorbike. Near here there are possibilities to relax, entertainment and sport to enjoy your free time . . . tennis, foottennis, volleyball and another sports, go-karts and mini motorbikes.
Signed ways for walkers and bikers. Tennis-courts, golf area. The Lipno lake is the biggest water reservoir in the Czech Republic, a paradise for surfer, yachtmen, fishermen and another water sports fans, there is a possibility to hire canoes, rafts, kayaks, treadle boats etc. The protected landscape area Bohemian Forest is a paradise for mushroomers and nature fans. Ship trips on the Lipno lake, shorter or longer cruises, night trips with music.
The ski centre Kramolín offers 5 downhill tracks, 1 snowboard park and there are snow cannons, there is also a possibility to ski in the night. Very near there are 5 maintained running routes, in general 38,7 km long. You can skate very easy on the frozen surface of the Lipno lake when the conditions are good, ski in the centre Hochficht in Austria, 66 km from the hotel. In summer and in winter too you can go to the Aquapark there.

Rooms in the hotel are with 2 to 5 beds, their own social settlement - shower and WC. Further there are 2 appartements to meet - every with two rooms, bathroom and terrace (in one room there is the possibility to add an additional bed, the bathroom - shower and WC). Linda a Jakub19.07.2010 - Byli jsme velice spokojeni, penzion je přímo u přehrady Lipno, takže jsme se každý den koupali a opalovali! :-) Půjčovna kol je taky skvělá- okolí Lipna je nádherné! Už se těšíme, až zase přijedeme!
