Anonym16.06.2009 - Bei der Bezahlung gab es große Probleme, da der Preis für den ich das Hotel gebucht hatte (auf click4hotel.eu) anscheinend nicht dem normalen Preis des Zimmers entsprach. Daraufhin wollte die Rezeptionistin mir klar machen, dass das mein Problem sei, was nicht nur unverschämt, sondern auch eine Unwahrheit war, da ich den Vertrag zu dem geringeren Preis eingegangen war und mein Einverständnis (bei der Buchung) nur dafür gegeben hatte. Nach langen Diskussionen (leider trat mir die Rezeptionistin zum Teil sehr unfreundlich entgegen) kam ein anderer Rezeptionist dazu, befasste sich mit dem Fall und gab mir schlussendlich Recht. Trotz allem war dies ein sehr negativer Abschluss eines eigentlich sehr netten und schönen Aufenthaltes in dem Hotel. Für mich ist es Anlass genug, nicht dorthin zurück zu kehren. Generell finde ich es bedenklich, dass mir in einem Hotel gesagt wird, dass eine Buchung über eine Homepage wie click4hotel.eu mir keine Garantie über den Preis gibt und dass es dann mein Problem ist, wenn ein Fehler passiert und nicht das des Hotels (obwohl beim Check In die Reservierungsbestätigung inkl. Preis ohne jeglichen Kommentar oder Einwand von den Rezeptionisten entgegen genommen wurde). Vielleicht sollte man dem nachgehen.
